'Before you to Galilee' begins with the Resurrection message to the women at the tomb when the angel told them to encourage the disciples with these words: 'He is going before you to Galilee…There you will see him, just as he promised'. We imagine the grieving disciples leaving Jerusalem as the angel directed and returning to the Lake they knew as home. There, in quieter, more familiar surroundings, they recall earlier experiences in the company of Jesus and begin to see them in a new light. to hear audio samples from this CD go to http://www.valgoldsack.co.uk/galilee.htm We all struggle at times, as the disciples did, to accept the death of Jesus and to allow his new life to transform our ordinariness. We too may feel weary and dejected. Like the disciples of Jesus, the angel's invitation to 'come home' with the Risen Lord is one we all need to hear. Penny Roker rsm and Val Goldsack, well-known liturgical musician have combined their creative gifts to produce this new audio CD to accompany daily quiet times or an individually directed retreat. | ||||

The journey from death to Life is one we must all travel. For anyone with terminal illness or involved with end-of-life care, re-tracing the stages of Jesus' walk to Calvary has particular poignancy. Those for whom the 'Stations of the Cross' are a familiar devotion will surely welcome this moving CD. More than just a prayerful devotion, it engages with the painful reality of our own dying, whenever that time may be. On this journey of the deepest emotions we are not alone. In the companionship of Jesus weakness becomes a creative opportunity and we can engage with our emotions in a way that leaves us feeling safely 'held'.
Combining the music of Val Goldsack with reflections written and presented by Sister Penny Roker RSM and extracts from scripture read by Mike Nolan, 'Gladly into the night' is a deeply personal spiritual experience for anyone who seeks to accompany Christ on his last journey. It is dedicated to all who desire to find renewal and hope in the midst of diminishment. to listen to audio samples from the CD go to http://www.valgoldsack.co.uk/galilee.htm
Still, in God - is a new CD in our series of Morning and Evening prayer CD's. Our prayer is led by Father Anthony Storey - who sadly died in May 2007. This set of 'lost' recordings were found eighteen months after his death and it was decided to produce a final CD of morning and evening prayer- a tribute to his memory. We have gathered some thoughts memories sounds, which we hope, capture something of the generosity and depth of Father Story's spirit.
While he was with us, his mind and soul captivated us as he explored his ideas, in his talks, sermons, prayers and retreats. Here we present some of these words alongside some contemporary psalm settings and chants which we feel enhance his wisdom and enable us to continue our own inner journey.
The CD has two periods of prayer - one of Morning Prayer and one of Evening Prayer - each lasting around 20 minutes.
The music for this CD is original and was specially written for this occasion by Val Goldsack.to hear sample music clips from the CD please visit - www.valgoldsack.co.uk
Proceeds from the sale of this latest CD will go to orphaned children in war-torn Sierre Leone, through a fund which Father Storey helped to set up more than 20 years ago.

There is a season - Sr. Monica Butler R.S.M. This collection of hymns, psalms and sacred songs, both familiar and new, have been gathered together as an accompaniment to our inner journey. They can enable entry into that place of 'no-thingness' where everything IS. This collection is a celebration of our work over a period of 15 years, during which we have been able to resource the official prayer of the church and also support a more contemplative and perhaps personal time of reflection for individuals and groups. We hope you will find this collection gathers your own experience into an ever deeper awareness of your Divine nature.
