There is a season - Sr. Monica Butler  R.S.M.                               

This collection of hymns, psalms and sacred songs, both familiar and new, have been gathered together as an accompaniment to our inner journey.   They can enable entry into that place of 'no-thingness' where everything IS. This collection is a celebration of our work over a period of 15 years, during which we have been able to resource the official prayer of the church and also support a more contemplative and perhaps personal time of reflection for individuals and groups. We hope you will find this collection gathers your own experience into an ever deeper awareness of your Divine nature.

The profits from the sales of this CD will be divided between the education of orphaned children in Uganda , and also, to the charity Zöe's Place in Middlesbrough , which is a home from home for babies who have life limiting or terminal illnesses. Monica Butler - A Sister of Mercy with a background in education and, over the years, of nurturing spirituality.  She finds that music speaks louder than words and has been the main "soloist" on each of our Morning & Evening prayer CDs,prayerfully and joyfully offering her gift of song.                                       

Val Goldsack - has composed many psalm settings, canticles and chants which have featured on our  series of 'Morning & Evening prayer'  CD's. She accompanies here with both backing vocals & harmonies, playing guitar & the various instruments on this CD.
